Default Kits?

I was just thinking of this because of the posts of all the newbies that want a Hayabusa becuase it looks cool. Do they make kits where you can remove the fairing from a lower powered bike, and put hayabusa like ones on it? So you can drive a GS500, but make it look like a hayabusa? This might be a stupid question, but i was just curious, because i've never heard of anything.

Dude . . .

That's like a man getting pectoral implants. It looks strong, but it's really wimpy when compared to the real thing.

Reminds me of a geeky friend I had in high school. He had a Dodge Dart with a 318. That's all he ever talked about . . . 318 this, 318 that. Well, one day he gets a stripe kit put on his car. What does it say? 340. Suddenly, he claims there was an error, he's really got the 340. Sure, you do, Mr. Geek, sure you do. What a geek.

it may be, but its better than buying the actual busa specifically becuase it "looks cool". besides that makes it that much easier to spot the "poisers"

It might be a good idea. Except for the fact that it would turn these idiots with no common sense about safety into typical 'rice-boys'... wait, they're idiots with no common sense too. Never mind.

Then again, most of these kids who want the 'Busa as a first bike are probably rich kids, or they get Daddy to pay for their toys. That said, it probably wouldn't be very difficult to convince Daddy to spring for the real 'Busa.

Unfortunately, it's the way things are. Personally, I love the 'Busa. However, I'm not that much of a %%%%ing moron. So, I bought THIS.

Many folks dye their hair blond, get those pectoral implants you mentioned, just to keep up with the real thing. Just ask my friend Layabusa. Shes fast, but the competitions at her heels and for many beginners it works.

all they have to do is contact a computer drafter designer guru and have them design body kits to give their bikes a face lift to a Hybusa no matter what model it is...

OOh by the way I have many of them an will make millions off them rich kids... sounds like a plan what u think...?

I agree with you on this. I like the look of the older ones, but I still wouldnt want to have one. Thats just my opinion, though.

<--- They look awesome. The only problem with them is Insurance and the fact that they cost $10,999.

I just wonder if it would have alot of wind drag. The fairing on the original hayabusa and most other crotch rockets make them faster by cutting through the wind and by being more aerodynamic.
