Okay, perhaps they may not be "cagers" but people in cars are the only ones that make these types of comments. I was leaving a restaurant yesterday and 2 people said the same thing to me. "It's too hot to be riding a motorcycle isn't it?" I told them both the same thing, "It's never too hot to ride. At 60 mph or more I get great air conditioning." You know, since I got this new bike and find I am actually comfortable on it, I ride more. I can't think of more than 1 time in the past month that I drove my truck. I ride about 100 miles every day. I finally got to test out my "frogg togg" rain gear and I must say it works great. Now the only thing I need to figure out is how to keep my visor clear when in the rain. Anyone have a suggestion on keeping visability in the rain? Even with the windsheild I find that my helmet gets a bit of water build up. |
