The neat thing about this website is you can click on a chord and it will show you how to place your fingers on the frets. Since Feb. I have bouth a Washburn D-100 Dreadnought, a Fender DG 100 Dreadnought, and a Yamaha APX500 acoustic/electric (Classical Size......smaller than a Dreadnought).

Give me a call when you get a chance...........I may be of help.

Thanks Guys! Your keeping me encourged!!!

I have a Tacoma Road King acoustic/electric and a 30w Crate amp. I think Fender has bought out this mfr. It's a never ending quest to play better. I find a good set of strings make the difference too. I really like the nano strings for this particular guitar. I'm looking to maybe sell this set up and go electric soon.

I play a little bit of guitar myself. Good luck on the lessons! About advice on CDs, I don't really know. CD's never ever helped me...I couldn't understand it. LOL. It just came natural to me.

I know this thread is old, but............................

I'm looking for a tab, it was originally done by Lonnie Mack, and re-done by Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughn. It's called the "Oreo Cookie Blues".

I'm practicing the 1-4-5 12 bar riff, but I can't apply it to Cookie Blues.

Any Help will be greatly appreciated.
