Well as per GR request I have decided to start a thread for all of those that are slightly over weight, or those like me that need to lose a lot of weight. I agree with Roller that it takes motivation to keep your goals, and to see them accomplished. So I guess the easiest way to do this would be for everyone to show their goals and the progress that they are making each day, week, or whatever they choose. My current weight is 220, and my goal is 180. My biggest reason for losing the weight is because it needs to be done, and I'll feel better about myself. The second reason is if I get my weight done I will be attending the Army's Warrant Officer Academy. I am mostly doing cardio, but I also try to work in 50-100 push ups and sit ups. So come everyone, lets do each other a favor and help shed those pounds. Oh and please no one offer me beer.... lol |
