In case you missed it he did it again. A 5 shot comeback on the final day of the tourny with a dramatic 16' putt on 18 to seal the win. There was no doubt Tiger Woods would pull off Bay Hill win - ESPN Tiger Woods: Do you love him or hate him? Is he good for the sport or bad? Personally I love watching the guy play. I'm just a casual golf fan. Don't play very much myself. This guy never ceases to amaze. I hear alot of Golf purist saying that he's actually bad for the game. That Tiger has become bigger than the game himself. That the media focuses to much attention on him without giving the other players there due. What do you want the media to do? We're witnessing a golfer who will go down as the greatest golfer of all time. Playing in an era with the greatest amount of talent to compete against. We're also in the age of the Golf Channel, Internet, Instant Messaging, 24hr Sports Coverage...etc. He is going to obliterate & own every major golf record. Plus he has the flare for the dramatic which makes for great T.V. He's so much better than everyone else it's almost unfair. Love him or hate you cannot deny that your witnessesing a once in a generation talent. |
