Has anyone ever broken anything in their body....like bones? Pete never had until yesterday! As some of you know it was Pete's b-day last Friday and he got a really nice bottle of rum from some friends. Well, I come home from work yesterday and he's 3 sheets to the wind. We decided to go on a horse back ride and getting ready for that was a chore in its self when your drunk husband tries to saddle his horse...wow! So, we get done riding and I am in the process of feeding to horses and while I am in the tack room I hear "%*&$, oh god...so on" I see my horse looking at him like, "what the hell are you doing dude?" I look out and he is on the ground under a corral panel for our turn out area holding his head with blood gushing out of his nose! I asked him "what were you trying to do?" He said he was trying to lift something up, I don't even know what he was trying to say. When he lifted the panel the gate on the panel swung around and....wack! Right in the bridge of the nose! He then gets mad at me for asking him what he was thinking! I realize he obviously was not in the right frame of mind and I probably shouldn't have asked that at that time. Oh well. We will post pics later!  |
