I actually haven't even tried a Yuengling yet. Maybe this weekend I'll get one. Now I'm looking for that Fat Tire when I'm out.

Yuengling is some good stuff, but unfortunately it isn't sold west of AL, so I'm out of luck over here. When ever I am in GA I try to locate a gallon or two. lol

Wow. I knew Yuengling wasnt sold in some places but geez. Ive heard of guys that move from the south/east that have a buddy or parents ship it to them. Its definetly the "I'm out, want to have a decent nothin fancy but not water" beer for me.

Yeah a distributor close to where my dad lives (Memphis TN) just started carrying it. I may have to get some next time I'm up there.

I say it FOUR-syth she says it more like fer-syth, so I get corrected on it. She is from the area, so she's kinda particular about these things sometimes.

Yep, your wrong. Kind of like saying "A-Rabs" instead of "Air-ebbs".

When I first moved to Georgia I wanted to go hiking up in Dahlonega. I had no idea how to pronouce it and I asked a Georgian if he knew any good hiking trails around "Doll-laa-nay-gah"? I got this look . He was nice enough to say you mean "Dah-lawn-E-ga". I was like "Yeah that's what I said". His facial expression told me he was more than disappointed & I wasn't fooling anybody.

I get called out on the Doll-lah-nay-gah all the time.

I'm squarely in the Four Sythe category, and I believe my buddy from Macon says it that way.

Sooooo....nobody has any suggestions on the cheap beer? And remember...flavorful...not just the go to water like Natty Lite or Busch.

Regionals or old school stuff is cool.

Well, I was going to suggest Pabst but you already talked about it. Another one may be to look up this pub in Colorado -- Rosie's Brew Pub. I'd post you the website, but apparantly it doesn't exist anymore. At any rate, make your way over to Colorado and to this awesome pub and try out their homemade brew.

Fat Tire is brewed about 20 miles from here... We are going to have a keg of it for my daughters wedding next week.

Now that's just not fair. If some 30ish dude with a goatee shows up on a blue twisted M50 with a side mounted Georgia plate and has his mouth directly on the keg tap..............pay no attention to him and just leave him be!

Keystone Light.

Ok fine I'll leave, no need to throw empty beer bottles at me.

Just tried a Steelhead Extra Pale Ale yesterday. Good beer. Lots of hope, yet not overdone. Wasn't extra bitter. full of flavor.

Awesome video. Last night I had some Summit Great Northern Porter, some Sam Adams Octoberfest, and a Sapporo. All were great.

Yes.

It's very balanced. not too sweet, not too bitter. It is the only beer my wife can/will drink.
