Default Pet projects

I'm a part-time web developer, mostly for family ventures and word-of-mouth clients. I've done quite a few small projects lately and thought I'd show them off a bit. Anyone else do this type of work?

I strive for standards compliance, but I'm sometimes lazy with div and class naming conventions and other notation. Dealing with the likes of Internet Explorer keeps me busy enough.

Cloquet Area Fire District - HOME Design in progress for my brother's fire department. Should be one of the largest/most complex sites I've done to date. My design except the emblem. My photo.

Margo Mundi's Upscale Consigment Boutique - HOME My parents/brother and S-i-L's new business. My design using an artist's graphics.
Little Mundi's Children's Consigment Boutique - HOME Their newer business, right next door!

Art Buhs Construction, Inc. - SERVICES MENU My parents' home construction/consulting company. I've been working on that one since the early 90's. My design using my graphics and those of an artist.

Rock Creek Storage - HOME Another brother's side business. My design using an artist's logo.

FiberStock MAGGIE - Home A real milking cow replica. Yup. My code, not my design.

Central Minnesota Friends Free of Theism - HOME An organization I'm part of (and may soon be president of). My design using my photography.

clinton allen buhs My personal site. Highly neglected. My design.

I'm largely self-taught, so some aspects aren't entirely professional or impressive. Still, I enjoy creating sites and working through technical challenges. Recent hurdles have included blog forum installations (much easier these days), dynamic content management, and tricky CSS layouts.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on any of them.
