|  Thanksgiving dinner
Hi all. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you who observe it. I will be busy preparing a few things, and was wondering what everyone else may be doing. I know most everyone does the traditional turkey, but I am just curious. I will be smoking 2 turkeys that are sitting in a apple spice brine that I made up, and 4 racks of Memphis style dry rub ribs. And just to add some sappiness to the thread you can all say what you are thankful for if you want. I'm thankful for a Great family, good job, and those who are unable to be at home this holiday season while fighting for our freedom, and of those who arent able to. |
