I know Marc Savard is awesome. We had him in Atlanta for 3 or 4 seasons. He really started coming into his own down here. If Atlanta would have kept Savard & Hossa maybe we'd actually make the playoffs and do something! Instead it's the Illya Kovalchuk show every night & no playoffs for me to see in person.

Canucks have to learn that stupid penalties are just that.

3-0 and then I thought Chicago was going to pull off the come back.
Sure shut up the fans.

This could be a good series!!!

Dirty Ducks at it again. This should be a great series.

Awesome playoff hockey game last night. 3-2 Wings. Lidstrom with 2 goals and the game winner with under a minute.

This is going to be a war.

The best team won last night , Canucks had better bring the "A" game as Chicago does not quit.

3OT Thriller. Came up on the wrong end of it. I'm thinking 7 game series. We need to grab one out in CA. Hopefully it's the next one.

Where the H-E-Double Hockey Sticks did they finds this Hiller kid from????

Well I hope not. Next game is a MUST WIN. Have to tie the series back up.

A) We were robbed with a "No Goal". I can't stand the "if I lose sight of the puck it's blown dead BS". How about taking 1 or 2 more seconds and getting into a better position to "verify" that before blowing the freaking whistle. Plus it's unreviewable which is another joke.

B) Their goalie is standing on his head. Stopped 45 shots after stopping 59shots last game.

We've got to keep shooting and we need to get a break to turn things back around.

----------------

Kudo's on the Canucks victory!

This Blackhawks Canucks series is making a hockey fan out of this casual observer.

The Canucks tried to sit on a 1 goal lead, it never worked in the regular season and it did not work against the Blackhawks.

Wings finally broke through with a big game and made the kid Hiller look beatable. They just have to continue to play and plug away. They're clearly the better, deeper more dangerous team but they can't let up now.

I needed those points for my pool.
Detroit and Boston have not produced the points I expected.

Hiller looked like he wasnt there. Wings came through when they needed it.

Wings are starting to flex their muscles finally. All without their #2 defensemen Brian Rafalski.

Looks like Boston woke up. Hopefully they can force a game 7.

Could it be a Detroit - Chicago western conference final. The old Norris division rears it head again??? I bet Chelios gets to play finally then.

The Caps put themselves back in it. I really hope they roll over the pens.

I was hoping for a game 7, the better team put it away.
Chicago has done its part, now Detroit must do its part.

Caps pulled off their must win game. Game 7 should be an awesome game.

Heck of a series going on over there. Pens may have blow their chance of finishing them off. At home, outshot the caps 2-1 and didn't win. Now Caps will be at home with a rowdy crowd and it wouldn't surprise me if Ovie has a big game.

LETS GO RED-WINGS!!!
