So, what are y'all up to when you aren't riding your motorcycles or posting at M-J.com? I've just started taking Aikido classes one night per week. Aikido is a martial art, but is much less "violent" than Judo or Taikwando. The goal of the "inventor" was to create an art that practitioners could use to defend themselves while also protecting their attacker from injury. What do you guys (and ladies, of course) do to keep fit? |
