| Random facts: 1987 GSX-R 750 made 80 HP at the wheel. 1987 GSX-R 1100 made 90 HP at the wheel. With the weight difference, does that mean they were about the same speed? - Nut

Big secret - be sure to drink a glass of water for each glass of wine. This will help prevent you from dehydrating, and will reduce the chance (or severity) of a hangover the next morning. (Please note: I didn't hijack this thread, since I posted something I know.

| When a pilot pushes the cyclic forward in order to tilt the helicopter rotor disk forward, the mechanism along the mast actually pulls down on disk 90 degrees from the desired direction of tilt. On most heliciopters that means on the right side. The rotor blades tilt forward 90 degrees from the input force due to gyroscopic precession. ...and I am sober right now...

| "In the rare case that an erection lasts for more than 4 hours, seek medical attention." Levitra™ commercial disclaimer... anyone ever see that? Dang, if that was a real worry then I would be in the hospital constantly. Only 4 hours is cause for worry??? Doesn't everyone have marathon bouts of lovemaking, or am I the only one? Jeezy Joe.

| Muscle Biker ![]() | During a typical long-haul overseas flight, a man has, on average, 4 erections. Since hearing this statistic, my g/f gives me "that look" whenever I mention flying back to the states.

| Actually, that 4 hour erection is called "priapism" and it does happen. Whether it be from blocked blood vessels or whatever, it can signify spinal damage in males (usually involved in some kind of wreck). It's number one cause is sickle cell. Food for thought.... |
