Default update on ebay fight

I posted about this problem in another thread.
I had ordered a pair of carbon fiber frame sliders on e-bay. I did the buy now feature since they were just from a particular store. I paid in full at the time that I bought them.

Two weeks passed and I hadn't heard anything regarding the sliders. I e-mailed the seller and they sent me back an e-mail saying that I still owed them $80! What?? I had paid in full at the time that I bought them.

When I asked why they said that the sliders listed on the site said that they were for a 2001 and I have a 2004. Well, I went back to the site, and no where did it say the price was for a particular year. The only disclaimer was that if you want a particular bike model, you may get charged a different price. Above that it stated that these sliders would fit SV650 and SV650S (my model)

I put in a compliant w/ Paypal and they are investigating it. I got an e-mail from paypal saying that the seller is shipping the sliders to me.

Anyone wanna place any bets that I get the right ones?
