| that's good, no M-F engine. Actually, I need to pay some other long term monetary commitments first. The bike I really kick myself for not buying was an 89 Honda Pacific Coast; they only wanted $2999 for it. and yeah, it wasn't old enough. Some of those liter + bikes are just not selling; it couldn't be because of the high gas price and the fact a 1500 cc bike will only get around 35 mpg, could it?

| Well, I had my first official road rage experience last Friday where paint was actually exchanged. Here's how it went: I was driving in Pete's big 'ol F-150 on the freeway to go home and I see this guy in a Toyota Carolla come across the lanes to get onto the interchange from the I-8 to Hwy 67. The interchange is only 2 lanes and I am in the left lane so, I move over to give him some room. Well, I guess he didn't see me move over for him and he moved over to. I took my foot off the gas and he saw me and assumed I was riding his ass on purpose I guess and he tapped his brakes and threw his hands up, so, I gave him the bird. He speeds up and jerks over into the left lane again in front of another car and as I go by him I give him the bird again and mouth to him, "what the hell was that for" being that I moved over for him and he wasn't paying attention.....%%%%%. Well, I guess he didn't like that a woman gave him some attitude and he jerks over behind me and starts to tailgate me really bad. I could hardly see his windshield. I didn't brake check him like he did me. So thinking this guys in a hurry I move over. Well, he moves over in front of me and slams his brakes and gave me the "thumbs down" sign. Now I'm having to slam my brakes being in a much larger vehicle than him and I have other cars behind me. I swerve over the the lane next to me and he does the same and slams his brakes again, and I swerve again and he does the same again, and again, and again. Well finally there is a third lane that come up so I swerve over to get to that lane and he does the same I guess thinking I was going to brake hard again but, I didn't well.....his passenger side mirror hit the rear quarter of Pete's truck, it ripped off the gas cap cover and broke the gas cap to where the cap was stuck in the tube of the gat tank. His front passenger wheel made contact with the trucks chrome step-side and dented it up. Well, I was able to get over and call the cops, he stopped also. As we were exchanging info he was asking me If we really need to wait to for the cops and I said "yes we do". Well, the cops showed up and got his statement first. He told the cop I swerved into his lane!! He failed to tell the cop what he did as far as break checking me over and over and purposely swerving in front of me over and over. Thankfully there were 2 people who called and witnessed the whole thing. I told my insurance I am not paying anything out of pocket and that he will pay for being an idiot!

| Well, thankfully Pete has taught me how to drive and I have been on a track before so, I'm a damn good driver and I had complete control of the truck the whole time.

| Speaking of Idiot drivers. Sesh! Our new renters up the hill have a 18 year old girl that drivers up the hill and down like a bat outta hell. Well finally she was confronted last night about her driving with her dad present. I think he was drunk. She believes that she has the right away and all other people, animals , golf carts etc need to be out of her way. Of course having someone just say "I am sorry I will slow it down" Is to much for anyone these days. That apple doesn't fall fall from the tree at all.

| Yeah, well, the cop let him go not knowing what had really happened. So maybe he will be getting a ticket in the mail. And Pete was really great about the whole thing. He said, "it's only a truck and I'm glad it wasn't your mustang" which is exactly how I felt. You might have heard about me going to jail instead of home.

| I know what you mean Womper. I wish Pete had a big steel bumper on his truck or some sort of winch or something on the front. If he did I would have pushed that dude off the road! And Tim, me to! It really took a lot to restrain myself. Especially when he said "you swerved into my lane and I didn't have time to move". I about died!

I think some jerkoffs do that because they reason that you'll be in the wrong because you hit them from behind. Most of us are working under the assumption that you are in the wrong if you hit someone from behind no matter what. I'm not up on my laws don't know how LEO's think in this situation, but aren't they taking a dim view of what is it called? The "Swoop and Dip".

| Not sure but, if there are witnesses then there should be no question who is at fault. Although, I know you can't always depend on a witness.

| Speaking of idiot driver. Did any of you see Danica Patrick's little fit and how Duno threw a towel in her face....twice! I would have to. Who does she think she is?! If she would have approached her different and not with her ass on her shoulders maybe she could have got her point across to the other driver.
