wow, somebody remotely related to somebody of historical value.

My only claim to fame is my great great grandfather was the town sheriff, and a great uncle was a top muckity muck at the grain drill factory.

You'd have to do it right and proper device, a trebuchet.

and a right and proper target, the side of a barn.

You got that right.

Here is a pic of the doggie I rescued back in January after we took back Cujo to the breeders. She had just had a litter and no one wanted the mom. Well I had enough of my fill with puppies after the Anatolian.

She is house broken. Will go to her kennel when told to. Sits and lays down when told too (well as long as there is no excitement going on, then it is a little harder to get her to do it).

She was found wandering the streets pregnant. They took her in and let her continue out her preganancy since she was too far along. Only thing with her is she must have come from an abusive household because she doesn't trust strangers, is very nervous around other dogs, and will run away if you move too fast.

She has taken two months for her to finally trust me. I guess it was a man that beat her or abused her.

But in regards to the Marines. Whether they actually did it or was pretending, if they did make the video then they need to have administrative action taken towards them after an investigation and if they are found guilty. If they did pretend to do it and made the video it is "actions un becomming of a soldier".

But we need to make sure they are not being set up first.

Actually, Booth is a cool person to be related to, so yes, that counts. He owned Mary Todd Lincoln.

Does this mean Vinnie and you hate each other, like the Hattfields and McCoys?

Unrelated side note: Remember the South Park where the statue of Lincoln is brought to life by David Blaine and the superheroes team consults Moses to find out what to do to stop him?

Jesus: Come in, Moses!
Moses: What?
Jesus: We need to know how to kill a giant stone Abraham Lincoln.
Moses: ...Um... Let me think, um... a giant stone John Wilkes Booth?

So, they use their superpowers to make a giant stone John Wilkes Booth, who walks up behind the Lincoln statue in the middle of his reign of terror and simply shoots him behind the ear. Funny!!

If this was real. they should be punished, if it was staged, they should get reprimanded. And if it was completely faked to make the Marines look bad, whoever faked it should be punished severely
But people, come on, there is more hype about this video, that could turn out to be fake, getting more media attention, then the situations with terrorists beheading HUMANS and taping it. I abhore animal cruelty, but I abhore human cruelty more. And don't even use the defenseless "animal" agrument. Having hands tied when someone hacks a head off with a dull machete is pretty defenseless.

I saw a video of a beheading. I was shaken for months after, still am since I think about it. I won't be doing that again but at the same time glad I did. Now I have a complete understanding of the sheer brutality, cruelty, total and complete lack of anything humane or human, blah, blah, blah, to commit such an act. Monsters to the core of the bone, beasts without a soul.

My rally cry is "take care of mankind first, then the animals."

When genocide becomes extinct, I'll join peta. NOT ONE MOMENT SOONER.

I'm glad to see there are people out there trying hard to preserve wild life, nature, our natural resources. It sickens me to hear reports of rain forest being cut down and many animals slipping quietly into extinction. And there are extremest even on this side of the line who value nature and animal life over human life and visa versa.

There needs to be a middle ground. Teach countries such as Africa how to use birth control, help slow down population explosions, how to co-exist with nature with destroying it for greedy gain and profit.

Many annalists state that we've already done far more damage than we can clean up now and to some extent that may be true. But that should not imply we should go nuts and finish off what little we have left. Much of what stupid, greedy, uncaring people have done can be undone if the right thought of mind can be set. Personally I don't think it will ever happen, at least not in my life time. Money rules the world, and the hearts of man. It always has and always will. So we will continue to hunt down and kill elephants for their ivory tusks, continue to butcher thousands of seals in the Arctic north for profit, continue cut down/use up our natural resources.. why? so we will have a place like Dubai for vacations and money to spend there.

man this turned into a rant...
