Yup believe it or not North Texas has gotten up to 9 1/2" inches of snow in places, so far. There may be more to come.

So over 200 departing flights were canceled as well as an equal amont of arriving flights.
And of course that's all they are talking about on the news.

The youngest made it in safe and sound.

Send some of that dead east. I'm one of the "stupid yankees" living down south. A couple of inches is good for doing donuts in the truck.

Nope got the young'un at the airport and headed home were we got no snow. Just 25mi north 6 - 9.5" gotta love Texas.

well, if it makes you feel any better, WI is on it's 8th snowiest winter ever with some 75 inches of snow for this winter.

That's over 6 feet.

The record, which we won't hit is ----- 108 inches. That's 9 feet. That's UP snow.

Lucky for you it was snow and now sleet. 1/2" of sleet is way worse than 9 inches of snow, because wherever you are, that's where you're staying.

our snow should be gone by mid april.

And I can remember just a couple of years ago by mid april it was warm (80), don't think that's going to happen this year.
