Yo Buster:

You didn't happen to catch that special on The Clash that's airing on 'Mercan Public Television did you? I assume that stuff like that must get passed around the world.

It was freaking awesome.

Well.. er.. no, sadly not. Then again it is not a surprise as I don't watch much telly, I'll only switch the box on to watch a DVD. Unfortunately 6pm - 10pm over here is solid shyte end to end, reality this, wife swap that, real families being swapped with monkey's, Ice dancing for pansy footballers, pop idle bastards, celebrity gay love island, 14 celebrity sex-pests in a locked house for 45 days-Starring Paris Hilton .. etc.. etc you know the stuff. So I kind of gave up completely with it.

So if the Clash thing was aired over here it was probably on at about 3.30am on a Wednesday!

Was it serialised or just a single episode?

Single episode. Sort of a "The Clash from A to Z" kind of thing. I am at a loss for words to explain how cool it was.

Top Gear.

Coupling .. never heard of it.

Torchwood (anagram for Doctor Who) is on a Saturday - early evening, I'm usually out anyway.

Top Gear. Well I'm afraid Jeremy Clarkson makes me want to go out and commit acts of extreme violence to other human beings .. a more intensely annoying bull%%%%ter, I have never seen, very closely followed by that ignoramus James May.

Those two are complete oxygen thieves!

Dude behind me's a great guy. Really fun to hang around with, but he's gained almost a hundred pounds in the last year.

He blows $20 on lunch almost everyday by eating an appetizer, an entree and a dessert. It's his money, but when he turns to me with a mouthfull of junkfood and asks, "Hey man, when're we gonna' start walkin' at lunch? I've gotta' lose some of this weight," it's all I can do to not take a %%%% in my sock and smack him in the mouth with it.

Man, I scored this CD at the gas station . . . The Gap Band's 12" Singles. Awesome. Freaking awesome.

Whoever invented 12" singles deserves a medal.

Also, thank God The Gap Band's members had so many woman problems, or we'd have missed out on some great songs!

Just thought I'd offer that.

-You no longer smell like an ashtray
-You no longer blow $3 a day on something stupid
-You'll live longer (maybe, it really depends on whether or not you get creamed somewhere between now and then)
-Whether you realize it or not, your brain's probably working better since it's not in "how long 'til my next cigarette" calculation mode
-You don't have to find somewhere to stand and look like a fool for 5 minutes every hour (or half hour, depending on how bad your habit was)

Why does the mind not accept the fact that it should age with the body?

The mind traps the soul, which is ageless, regardless of which religion you choose.

I'll be on 4 years smoke-free this August.

I can definitely feel a difference.
