Why is it that when I work out I can be diciplined enough to keep a log, eat clean, set and achieve goals, yet when I take a break from the gym, Macdonald's is a perfectly reasonable food choice??

You'd think I'd be able to clue in that without exercise, I must eat CLEANER...but NOOOOO!...as Atlas dips another fry.

There is something about the first real ride of the season. Yesterday 60F and I took the bike to the gas station, I picked the one in Canyon City, round trip 150 miles. Today, snow with gusty winds 20-40 mph, but I am still smiling.

If you'd have told me 10 years ago that I'd be a guy in my late thirties walking around cleaning up poop behind 6-lb animals, I'd have told you you were %%%%ed in the head.

Random thought, every year we get through millions of vehicle tyres. Where does all of the worn-off rubber go?

Is it possible that the pilot saw me and my three-year old daughter standing near the fence at the airstrip? Is it possible that he was going to take off WITHOUT the afterburners until he saw us? I'll never know.

You've never seen a look of terror like the one on this kid's face when that guy punched it. I heard him rev it up, it started to move an inch or two, and he lit 'em up. A sound so intense you could feel it in your bones.
