Default Nice Job

updated 8:41 p.m. CT, Fri., Feb. 29, 2008
DES MOINES, Iowa - The robber of a convenience store left behind an unusual clue — a W-2 form. The man robbed a Git-N-Go store in Des Moines early Friday after telling a clerk he had a gun. He left the store with about $115 but at some point took off his hat and jacket.
When police responded, they found the tax form in the coat pocket.
Officers checked the name on the form and found a listing for a 25-year-old with a suspended driver's license who is on probation for theft. The man's description matched information provided by the clerk.

they don't get arrested because they're SMARTER than the cops.

which reminds me, about a year, 2 years ago, they busted a huge ring dealing with BMW, in particular there were a bunch of employees syphoning off parts to the black market.

I didin't catch all the details, but by the time all was said and done the radio personality covering the story said "they were working two jobs, the regular job at the factory, and the 2nd job, sending out official factory parts to the black market through what appeared to be regular channels of operation."
