IBTL

They've institued a new Employee of the Month competition in our building. Basic popularity contest. Not being happy with (m)any of the managerial decisions made of late I wrote in the name of an former employee who was fired (then rehired so he could retire) for time card fraud.

Of course nobody from either of the off shifts won. So for Feb there were 8, yes 8 employees of the month. All 1st shift. All given parking spots up front. Yeah like I'm going to give up prime parking.

Boy you are having a bad day Jim. It's time for it to thaw out up there, sound like your getting a case of cabin fever.

It's starting to dry up, I'm going to have mow the lawn pretty soon. Although we don't get snowed in, we do have to cut grass 10 months out of the year.

i'd rather mow lawn than shovel snow... well actually the association takes care of both.. but it would be nicer to ride to work than drive my car

good ole micromanagement.

I bet if we pooled our resources we could make some kind of folk song and title it "micromanagement."

you know, like those banjo pickin' just this side of socialist liberals did back in the day.

oh, by the way, rant. got my rant in there someplace.
