That "bonus" is about 10% of my annual salary...

Another reason that I'm pretty ticked off about the 30% BS. It means that I take a kick in the pants instead of having some spare change to pay for little things like my upcoming wedding.

No chit. I found a quarter in the bathroom once, but it was too dirty to touch.

My favorite is when they forego a raise and give us a "stipend" which is actually a total screw job. Not getting a raise affects your salary for the rest of your employment cycle. They don't care.

i'm reviving my zombie thread here for a legit rant. Ok so i know the lab isn't that big of a workforce within the clinic. We are having remodeling done where they are basically cutting out a hole in the wall for a new door. Can this not be done after hours? I mean they're going ape-%%%% on the wall and its god awful loud. Is it a bit much to ask them to do it when no one is around? I know i'd love to go to own on the wall with a sawzall (sp?) but seriously...

my lab is only about 25x15 at a generous guestimation. It was effin loud and my coworker actually went and got ear plugs it was so loud. I'd continue my rant here but i've got to make my presence known in the other rant thread

So we have two main entry doors to our building. Management decided to randomly make one (norht door) entry only and the other (south door) exit only. No apparent reason. Well people punch in to work at a PC in front of the exit (south) door. So there's a couple people congregating in front of the south door every morning. Well management decided to switch it up. So now the north door is exit only and the south door is entry only. Fine. Today they switched it back...

Both doors can be still be entered and exited thru at the employees discretion...

The reason is to make it look like they did something at one of the meetings they love to hold. Lets see what is the least important thing we could accomplish because the other stuff would take actual thinking to correct.
