"Do you expect me to talk"

"No, Mr. Bond I expect you to DIE."

oh, knee jerk reaction to "live."

as spoken by an old German. From that war we fought.

Socks are Gods way of keeping you in line. I think that is in the Bilbe somewhere.

Which is why, the last time dress socks were on sale, I bought 12 dozen pair.

That's 144 pairs of socks for yous not good with math.

When I was an accountant I would have to hire other accountants.

You would be surprised at how many of them couldn't pass a simple math test I made them all take.

Oh yeah, dig this: Even though I buy several matching pairs, I sit and sort them based upon the amount of wear to the heel. Talk about anal retentive. It's so "un-me" yet I can't just put one with another one and wear them.

i'm considering just throwing out all my socks and buying a whole lot of them... all the same brand so that I just don't have this problem anymore. I swear i spend 5 to 10 minutes in the morning just trying to find two that match

When I was a kid, Mama would sew a little wad of thread on each sock so that I'd know which ones were mine and which were my brother's. Wearing my brother's socks just wasn't real appetizing to me (still isn't).

What does it really matter if your wearin' long britches?

I'm assuming they're all the same color, just different style?

If not. Disregard my original "Q".

I'm right there with ya.

Contrary to my own advice or question. I still feel compelled to "match" my friggin' socks even though nobody's gonna see my sock wrapped "dog" stuffed into the 12" high shank of a harness boot with jeans over the top of that.
