This is very true, basically everyone in the UK drinks instant, Nescafe, Maxwell House, Dowe Egberts etc. Very few people drink fresh coffee except when they go to a cafe etc.

'Cept me I have fresh at home and at work, the fresh coffee at work makes my office very popluar.

I used to think it was my natural charm and irresistable allure, but no, 'tis simply the smell of fresh coffee.

No girlie coffee for me, black, strong and served at 200 degrees. Actually, boiling water in a pot then dumping the coffee in is the best.

Got a taste for instant coffee during my stays in the FSU, now it's all I drink. I don't think Mr.Coffee even exists there.

I'd think Mr. Coffee would be extra popular up around St. Cloud, another heat source comes in handy most of the year.

just under, Chicago got the last 9".

Although it's going to be the first time in a long time when we'll be able to have "St. Patrick's day snowmen."

One of the last times I remember weather this bad was when I was a kid and we had an ice storm and power was out for weeks.

In other words, it's bad, but it could be a lot worse and I completely understand what those poor people in OK went through just last fall.
