I do it old school. Some surreptitiously squirreled away plastic bags filled with water from my little sink. Couple hundred or so odd push-ups and sit-ups a day. Chin ups off the top bunk. A few hundred mountain climbers while jogging in place.

Last night i did that.. i'm 6'0 225lb.. i tried to get down to 200lb but it just didn't happen. i like food and beer too much

Took me roughly three weeks of eating right before this phenomenon occurred.

Last time it happened. I think I was like thirteen years old or something. I had begun to believe it was a myth.
