Default Can we enforce a law - No Dark Glass on Cages

I am so tired of darkened glass on cages and trucks. You can't look through the back windows anymore to see the road ahead. You can't see the driver to find out if he's on the cell or smoking a joint. Remember down here we have a lot of long, flat, straight roads and often you go to pass a cage only to find out he's tailgating a small car.

You know the driver's head movement is often the only warning you get before a lane change or a turn.

Just seems to me this dark glass has gotten out of hand and the existing laws are not enforced strickly enough down here.

Also if you could change a "rule of the road" what would it be?

For me it would be that 2 wheelers do not have to come to a complete stop at an intersection if it is clear. Especially when going up hill!
