Default What are the purpose of these
Can anyone tell me what the meaning of these numbers are. They are on the west bound side of interstate 40 around Canton, N.C. This is the only place I have seen them. They start at 1 and count to 10 two or three times? I drive a truck and this has bothered me for about two years now, and I know they are not mile markers.
