I hunt on the ground, I have a small tank, (pond to the northern guys here) where they come in and wallow in the mud after their nightly raids of tearing up my pasture and fences. They root up everything, and I have to fix fence on a daily basis. We have a bunch of them, they are so destructive. All of the small ones are good to eat, but these big ones only select parts are good, as the older ones get a little rank.
