Technically, I think that's classism!

I wonder which knot offends classists? The Double-Windsor?? The Four-In-Hand??

43 degrees here. Rode to work this morning, felt fine.

Mark those gloves seem pretty good... though if I was on the highway for an hour or more my hands would be cold so would have to end up plugging them in.

Electric gloves are great. I wonder if you can hook up a 9-volt to them?

I like to use just one electric glove, while I sleep.

There appears to be some kind of crystalized water substance on my car this morning. Anybody have a clue what this might be?

Good Morning all. Just got to work and the temp is 33' and I was warm. I just got my Gerbing pants to go along with the jacket and gloves and they are the best. I will ride all winter.

Okay, I just finished using the other glove. So you can have them both now. And no, I don't need them back. Really.

I once rode from Ft. Hood, TX, to Ft. Stewart, GA, on a cold, wet December night. I actually had two pairs of gauntlet gloves on. I'd stop every 90 minutes and literally ring the rainwater out of them. It was like 40 degrees that night. It really sucked.

33 degrees this morning on the ride to work. I had 2 issues this morning:

1) My mother bought me my textile pants for Christmas but I can't have them until Christmas so my f'ing inner thighs ( from the tank ) were FREEZING this morning.
2) The battery that the stealership put in this bike is cheap cheap cheap... wouldn't kick over at all this morning. I had to pull my car up next to it and jump it. I need to get a better battery, one suited for < 90 degree days.

I hope it will kick over this afternoon. Surely it will. It'll be a little warmer, plus it's freshly ridden.

Funny you'd mention batteries. Remember Saturday when I was late meeting you? Not only did company stop by unexpectedly while I was checking air pressures and stuff, but the freaking Bandit wouldn't fire. Weak battery + no fuel in the cylinders. I pulled the GSXR out, checked it off, and decided to try the Bandit one more time. It woke up.

If you can't start the bike this afternoon, give me a call. I'd love to laugh at you over the phone!

Seriously, if it won't kick over and you need a jump or a lift to the YUASA dealer, give me a ring.

Heh no worries.

If I need a jump, I'm sure I can find someone in the parking lot that can help me out. Though, it'll be 55 degrees today so it should be fine. I just think that battery didn't like the sub/at freezing temperatures we had last night.

I may call you up so you can laugh at me though.
