Yo!

Just under 50 degrees here. I tried out the new balaclava I got and it works flawlessly. I was toasty warm even on the highway. Windproof and waterproof.

It was perfect riding weather this evening. But the warmth of my bed kept me under the covers until the last possible moment.

40 degrees and clear in Memphis.

We had a perfect weekend for riding, but I didn't get any done. The girl's been doing really well at potty training, so she and I went to Toys'R'Us Saturday morning and bought her an electric Corvette. We spent the weekend familiarizing her with it, charging the battery, and watching her drive. She loves it, and nothing makes me feel better than seeing her so happy. So . . . no riding for Daddy this weekend, but that's okay. It has a real radio, turn signals, a horn, realistic car sounds and a cup holder. She puts her teddy bear in the passenger seat and a cup of coolaid in the cup holder. Ceeeee-uuuute!!!!!

At work, things are getting hairy for themeatman. Another engineer screwed up our biggest customer (the local gasoline refinery), so they took it from him and gave it to me. I have spent the last five years bringing my neglected customers (neglected before my time) up to date and now I have to give most of them away and take on the biggest project we have, which is unfinished to the nth degree. I have no idea why they think I should be the one to do it. Whatever. It all pays the same.

Watching that movie I always felt like I was missing a lot of important plot. I figured I go pick up the book but I always for get its name. And no it's not The Ninth Gate.

Good morning everybody............

I don't know how cold it was this morning but I had frost on my windshield. Don't know what the temp is going to be today, and trying to decide if I want another cup of coffee.

Been this way all of last week and so far this week isn't any better..............

It seems like you get much colder weather in the U.S. (well, definitely in Canada) even in the southern states.

Still about 60 degrees here unless it's raining. It was even slightly hot yesterday wearing a long sleeve shirt. So I just wear my leather or textile jacket (with protectors) when I ride and it's not that cold yet.

It's the coldest around Jan-Feb here.

Sipping my almost lunch coffee.
