|  Bee strike
Have any of you guys been hit by insects? I was riding the other day...doing 60kph and I saw this bee flying directly at me...you know its amazing I actually saw the little bugger just before it hit my head. Somehow the bee hit me just where the helmet rim finished...high on the LH forehead. I quickly pulled over removed the helmet to check the thing wasn't still alive and about to sting me but fortuantly the impact must have either killed it and it bounced off or destroyed it totaly. I tried to look for it on the road to do the right thing but couldn't find it!  It certainly hurt and I have a bruise on my sconce........hope this is the only other road user accident I have!
