Oh well my .02 worth, June 2006....197# June 2007 174# (with a low of 168# and no French frys). Would be happy at 172# My highs school wieght at graduation.

Well,, first Friday weigh-in.
Monday morning -- 238 pounds
Today 7/13/07 --- 228.5 pounds


I foresee the rapid reduction coming to a screeching halt soon.

If I can drop a 1/2 a pound a day then in 91 days I will reach the goal. I should be at the weight goal I want by the wedding with 3 weeks to spare.

Sheesh,,, I better keep up the exercising to ensure I do make it.

I was hoping for 227 today so i could fill in one of those apples at least. Well maybe sometime this weekend or first of next week.
