snack- 1/2 orange and 1 piece of lowfat string cheese
dinnner- 3 ounces of chicken marianted in a tequila lime marinade, 2 cups of brussel sprouts, i slice of whole grain heart smart bread
dessert- 1 cup of sugar free sherbert

Then rode the stationary bike for 48 minutes and supposedly burned 335 calories it said.

Got up this morning and boom 5 1/2 pounds lighter. But I figure that is due to the high amounts of junk I ate this last weekend for the temporary increase in my weight. That and alot of water weight being shed.

But it still feels good to be 5 1/2 pounds lighter in the first day.

So only 49.5 more pounds to go!!!!!

ughhh I'm sorry.

LOL....it would only be a foul if I knew the fish were bad before I ate them.

Come on now...check the rule book yourself.

You should see me...I blew out several blood vessels in my eyes...it now looks like my eyes need band-aids.

One thing about eating all this fiber. Wheew,, feel sorry for the folks I work with. You guys are going to hate me on Friday for weigh-in. But I am stoked.

Get some Kashi Go-Lean Crunch.

It tastes great!

Here's what you do.

Eat a bowl of K.G-L.C. Drop a deuce somewhere around nine. Wait for the fireworks to start around one!!! And the great part is....they last alllllll day!!!!

They are soooo loud and forceful......words can't even describe......

That is just wrong. But funny. Might have to try that once my co-worker comes off of vacation.

They build in intensity of you are a normal polite human being. However, by around four. You find yourself in the tiled office more and more to "release" some pressure. (Which could blow tile off the wall!! ) LOL

Do we have a certain date down for weighing in or what? Like, weekly or monthly?

Yeah, we suddenly became fascinated in our weight. Clint started it, so you can paddle him first.
