GUT-CUT 2007: 210 LBS. 180 LBS.

Use this code:
[b][size="3"]GUT-CUT 2007: 210 LBS. [IMG]http://cabuhs.net/imageCache/apple_meter3.gif[/IMG] 180 LBS.[/size][/b]

How about a signature meter? Change the number after "apple_meter" from 0 to 5 for your progress by 20% increments, and change the weights to yours. I can change the meter graphic if someone has a better idea.

Nope! The idea behind this is that the body has at least 14 hours per day (5 pm to 7 am) to digest what is thrown in during the rest of the day.

The first couple of days are difficult (I drink lots of tea and water), but after about 3 - 4 days, the body adjusts and doesn't even get hungry in the evening.

For those of you not thrilled with doing math, here's how you'd calculate the value of your apple.

apple = (original weight - goal weight) / 5

Subtract your goal weight from your original weight, then divide by 5. You must reduce your original weight by that amount to add one apple to the meter.

Added. 11 pounds per apple. Wow,, that's a big apple.

Is there a way to make more apples so the increments are smaller?

6' even here... Currently at 235.

I was floating around 225 - 230... gained a few the past few weeks, I've had alot of family and things going on the past few weeks.

Target: My wife and I are planning a trip to Europe in October, so I would like to trim up before we go.
My ultimate goal to me for my weight would be between 195 - 205. ... so 30 pounds in 4 months.

I knew someone would ask for that. Get to work! You don't get apples for taking a big dump!

Man, if I'm 5'7" and 200 and I need to get to 160, then you can definitely do it!
