227 this morning.

Goal was 225.

Was off the gut cut wagon for a while.

So I restarted at 241 two weeks ago. Down to 225. Triglycerides were 790 a few weeks ago.

I am happy to report that I am doing much better.

My triglycerides are way down. BP is much more normal...and I'm now below 220...although only by a hair.

Feeling pretty good though...even doing some running....when it isn't too cold.

Still smoke free!

Can't stand the things.

Besides this...I haven't had a cold since a bit before December 2006!

My Doctor loves me right now....drags me out to the waiting room and shows me off. Yeah, it is still a small town.

My weight has stabilized over the last two years of marital bliss. I was divorced in the late 90's and after I dropped to 145 from my normal 185. I stayed at that weight until 04' when I got hitched again. I remember going to my doc and he was concerned about my weight and thought it was my diet until I explained it was a full pack of brats, a couple of frozen pizza's, fried chicken and some beer, usually five meals a day. The more I ate the more weight I dropped.

Stress is a great way to lose weight but I would not recommend it.

I failed miserably on the diet. So... now the doctor planted me on Cholestorol meds.

Now that "J" was given the shock speach from my doctor I get a variety of nothing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

But I keep telling her my heart was actually a sludge pump and it is doing pretty good.

She ain't buyin' it though. Next stop she said for me is about a drop of 55 pounds.

Can we say season three?

I had my blood drawn this morning, they're going to check everything. I can't help but worry some, I know I need to lose a good 20lbs.

It was all down hill after the dinner sized plate of desert when Inspiron came over to Atlanta to visit. I fell down the path of destruction and waste.

I am back up to two negative apples

Got on the scale today. Down to 185 lbs.

Blood pressure is down and pulse is good.

I want to be down some more, we'll see how it goes.
