Well after the wedding, the honeymoon, the crippled sitting around the house, Thanksgiving, and now the meds that are weight adders. I am officially back to where I started.

So as of today it was back to the plan.

I have one of those rare diseases, I eat everything I want and haven't gained 3 pounds since high school. And that was before schools had air conditioning.

hehehe. Well I am easing back into the diet. Started cutting back from a twelve course meal with repeats to just three meals a day again.

So hopefully once this stupid knee, collarbone, and foot heals I can get to it hot and heavy. You guys keep up the good work!!!!

Hey, I get poked fun at for NOT gaining weight. Actually my metabolism is off the charts, I eat like a horse all day long.

Hey I'm up to humpin' my limp leg around for twenty three minutes a day!!!! Stupid ACL thingymagiggie. Wish the swelling would quit. Oh well,, I will keep icing it and elevating it till it goes down again.

But new tactic is once my leg heals I am going to start walking again and hopefully will be able to build up to jogging again. I will also have a reason to get my buttocks out and walk at the end of the month. Gettin a new puppy that will need it's exercise.
