   | This job I have sucks. I'm traveling nearly every week. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to cut the weight and lower your blood pressure when the only places to eat are fast food?

| I've got the flu, so I've not been eating very much at all. Mainly scrambled eggs, gelatin, yogurt, and ice cream. So I've dropped 6 pounds over the last 3 days. I never told you all that I got to 200...  Also, I've not been drinking much, so that also makes a difference.

| I was holding steady at 241. Dropped to 236, and have been holding steady there as well.
