It's good to finally see a red apple, though.

you know, guys, if you NEVER give yourselves a treat, it makes it that much more difficult to deprive yourself the rest of the time. the best diets allow for a bad snack whether once or twice a week or to off the diet one day a week.

slow and steady is better that losing it all quickly then gaining it back.

that all said, i think you guys are doing great!

Thanks Sunny. But I was hoping to be further along than this right now. Back on target I guess.

Just be sure to wash your hands.

You have no idea the amount of "educated people" I see who always seem to fail in washing their hands after using the rest room.

I agree w/ Sunny. They say that if you have a craving also to go ahead and kill the craving but, don't over do it. The name of the game is portion control and ingredients.

it's like going out to a restaurant, and actually NOT eating everything on the plate ON PURPOSE!

Went to the gym for the first time since my hospital visit, this morning. Man that was tough. Did 2 miles in 28 minutes, dripping sweat. Finally got to weigh myself so I have an accurate baseline.

208. I'm aiming for 180.

The wife wants to run a 5K for breast cancer at the end of September and I told her I'd train with her, though I don't think I'll be able to run by then.
