Good work!

Just stay hydrated, with this heat. That kind of weight loss could be water so you need to remeber to keep replenishing your supply.

You're so right Sunny.

...and a sure sign of not taking in enough water....cramps.

Nothing like finally getting a break after a weary day of yard work, and no sooner then your butt hits the couch you find yourself locked up in a painful grimace...completely unable to move.

Oh yeah...nothing like it!

Had an episode last night. Shortness of breath, dizzy, any effort was rewarded by a supersonic heartbeat.

Ehh....not at the time. I couldn't.

When I was done, I went home, downed two 16 oz glasses of water, and a couple a gallons of beer.

I'm drinkin' the crap outta some water this morning though.

That's because you removed even more water from your system with those gallons of beer.

It is alarming how fast you lose the water with activity.

i'm sure i don't need to inform you, but once you have your first bout with heat sickness, it is far easier to get afterwards.

do take more precautions, ok? i don't want to have to cluex4 you about this.

Why is that? I'm curious. Because this first happened to me five months ago.

Coulda been simply age and not the fact that you'd had it before. Besides, your folks were probably watching you before that.

Yeah, alcohol is a diuretic like caffeine.

I weighed in this morning, and I've lost about half to one pound. I don't know...our scale doesn't seem to be working right. Anyway, I got out today. I weeded a friend's flower beds (and got paid for it!), mowed lawn, went on a long walk, and did a lot of running around. I'm also drinking lots of water and eating healthy food. When I'm tempted to stay at the table a bit longer, I have to remember the M-J gut cut and leave. I'm feeling good!!! I haven't overeaten for a while either.

Default Counting Points

So, the Queen is on the kick now. She decided to get her hands on some weight watchers books. Yep, now we are counting points. This morning, I woke up to a sandwich baggy with 24 yes 24 (she counted them) Frosted Mini Wheats.

We'll see how this works out on Friday I guess. I do know several peole that it has worked great for.
