| Just Won't Go Away ! ![]() | The better half and I will be leaving for Vegas on July 3rd. We're checking into the Bellagio that night and heading back home on the 8th. If all goes well, we'll be returning with the same name. So if anyone lives out that way feel free to stop by and say hola, or let me know what to expect (from the city, not the married part).

| Vegas is BIG fun, but exhausting - and it can be expensive. I only allow myself a small bit each day for gambling. I don't know why I call it gambling. I know I'll lose it all - I should call it a donation. Have fun, and kudos on your marriage!!!

| Some advice from Uncle Lemmy Kilmeister.... If you like to gamble, I tell you I'm your man You win some, lose some, it's still the same to me The pleasure is to play, it makes no difference what you say I don't share your greed, the only card I need is The Ace Of Spades The Ace Of Spades Playing for the high one, dancing with the devil, Going with the flow, it's all a game to me, Seven or Eleven, snake eyes watching you, Double up or quit, double stake or split, it's The Ace Of Spades The Ace Of Spades You know I'm born to lose, and gambling's for fools, But that's the way I like it baby, I don't wanna live for ever, And don't forget the joker too! Pushing up the ante, I know you've got to see me, Read 'em and weep, the dead man's hand again, I see it in your eyes, take one look and die, The only thing you see, you know it's gonna be, The Ace Of Spades The Ace Of Spades The Ace of Spades-Motorhead

| Annnnnd........ On a warm summers evenin on a train bound for nowhere, I met up with the gambler; we were both too tired to sleep. So we took turns a starin out the window at the darkness til boredom overtook us, and he began to speak. He said, son, Ive made a life out of readin peoples faces, And knowin what their cards were by the way they held their eyes. So if you dont mind my sayin, I can see youre out of aces. For a taste of your whiskey Ill give you some advice. So I handed him my bottle and he drank down my last swallow. Then he bummed a cigarette and asked me for a light. And the night got deathly quiet, and his face lost all expression. Said, if youre gonna play the game, boy, ya gotta learn to play it right. You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, Know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when youre sittin at the table. Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done. Now evry gambler knows that the secret to survivin Is knowin what to throw away and knowing what to keep. cause evry hands a winner and evry hands a loser, And the best that you can hope for is to die in your sleep. So when hed finished speakin, he turned back towards the window, Crushed out his cigarette and faded off to sleep. And somewhere in the darkness the gambler, he broke even. But in his final words I found an ace that I could keep. You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, Know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when youre sittin at the table. Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done. You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, Know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count you r money when youre sittin at the table. Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done.

| Just Won't Go Away ! ![]() | She couldnt understand the concept of a small private ceremony. Before we knew it, we were up to 70 invites, not counting kids. We originally planned for no more than 30 and expected maybe 10.

| Las Vegas can be fun for a while, you just have to remember that "It's all about the Benjamins". Everything from the lighting, to the music, to the ringing bells and flashing lights, to the free flowing alcohol, are designed to make you forget how how long you have been in the casino. As for games, from the statistics point of view, you are always on the wrong side of the table. The odds always favor the house, so if you win some money walk away. If you play long enough, the house always wins. Other than that, lots of fun and activities, great shows, great food..... Oh, congrats and good luck.
