|  Speaking of Back Injuries ......
I went for my yearly P.T. Test today. The only thing I failed was the "Sit Ups", I didn't fail because of the lack of stomach muscels, but because of a sharp pain in my lower back........ hurt it years ago, and then fell down the flight of stairs in Jan., dont know it the fall had anything to do with it, but it still hurt like Hell, only did 11, supposed to do 30. I did good on my 1 1/2 mile run..............14:50, not bad for a 45 year old Smurf with a 29" inseam. |
