News article in local paper. Last week, Tuesday, a Police Officer arrested a man in a stolen car. Wednesday the judge released him on 2 conditions; 1) Not to be out after 9pm 2) Not to be in a vehicle without the owners permission Thursday the same officer arrested him for breach of both conditions. I can only assume no one saw on him Wed. night. Here our officers patrol, in unmarked cars, around courthouse parking areas, as our car thieves steal cars to go to court. |
