|  Another fun Tidbit from the Hellp Desk As it is for most IT we justify our jobs my logging our calls. Well we occasionally get a user that doesn't give us a name or only a first name (like I can remember them from the last time, we only have 5,000 users) or we get wrong numbers, Irate callers that get disconnected, anyway they are constantly on us about call volume compared to incidents logged. Well I decided to create a dummy Associate that we could use for these calls, First name Unknown Last Name Associate. Well when you look up incidents by name it truncates the names by first initial and first 3 letters of the last name. uass. |
