Angry Off to Work

Great more snow this weekend, this will make it three weeks with out a day off I usually dont mind & sometimes like plowing snow but we all like time off. It'll be along time before my bike gets out again,I have about 6" of ice on our city streets & there not doing anything to remove it. School has been out all week because the City & County roads are still horrible, @ this rate the kids will be going to school in June.

I'm sorry to hear you guys have to go to work in that stuff, but it brings up a question. I've noticed some members post day and night, are you doing this at work or what.

No problem ... just move the western Europe. We haven't had any snow below 3500 feet since March, although they are predicting we *might* get a light dusting by the middle of next week.

After the hurricane over England and Germany last night (the first time in history that the German rail stopped ALL train service across the country), the temperature this morning was almost 60°.

My brother trims trees for the power company here and they sent his crew down to Kansas last week before the storm. He' not very happy having to pull 17 hour shifts right now. But on the plus side I get his playoff tickets.

Life ain't fun until a 25 minute drive takes 2 hrs. It's life in Wisconsin, some get to work late, some blame the weather, some have a hangover and blame the weather anyway.

On the plus side, not many forest fires, mudslides, huricaines or earthquakes (although there have been a few tremors, believe it or not). Or floods, almost forgot that one.

You poor sods down south usually get ice, not snow. yuck.
