|  A New Toy for The New Year
Well Before Chirstmas I was shopping for a present for my nephew. His parents were buying him a BC Rich Warlock bass. So I was looking for accessories for him. While I was there I started looking at Basses. I have been learning to play the bass myself but since I was in my Motorcycle accident I have had issues with hand & finger strength. When I was at the Guitar show earlier this year I was playing around with some fretless basses and they seamed easer for me to use. Anyway they had a Ibanez fretless SDGR with Active pickups for $400. Well I talked to them about trading it in my other Bass which is also a Ibanez but it is a starter bass and not worth much. Well I went back and offered a Trumpet that I used to play It is a nice trumpet but had some dents and needed some supports resoldered. I haven't used it in several years I figured if they'd trade straight up I'd do it. Well they did so I did. This year already has a better start. Here's my new toy. Nut take it easy on me I can't afford them high dollar axes you buy.    It is actually Candy Apple Red. |
