|  So, what cool stuff did you get for Christmas?
So, what did you all get? I gave my girlfriend "A Perfect Day" - starting with a Champagne breakfast, then off to the thermal bath in Badenweiler (Germany) for a wellness/anti-stress day, followed by some shopping and dinner in Freiburg/Breisgau. We are looking for a Saturday, probably in February, when she can enjoy this present. We gave her daughter a new digital camera - she was one happy camper! A compact 6 megapixel camera, 1 GB memory card = happy daughter. My girlfriend gave me a remote-controlled helicopter! Woohoo! Toys! I've never had an RC helicopter before - it's a challenge to get it off the ground (trying to get the balance and trim correct). I'll be playing in the garage the next few days! Woohoo! Any her daughter gave me the book "Warum haben Männer Brustwarzen" (the German translation of Why Do Men Have Nipples?) which I'll start reading as soon as I'm through my current book. I'm currently reading "Freakonomics", which is thought-provoking but also a quick read. |
