|  Mmm-kay, time to think taxes
I've been using TaxCut for about five years with good success, but I'm tired of paying $50 or more for the software and filing. Who's used free online services offered by the gov't or others? I'm looking at Free File from the IRS and affiliated companies. Does it compare to TaxCut in thoroughness and reliability? Also, it seems that Minnesota is included in the eSmartTax system, which allows free preparation and $9.95 e-filing. Any thoughts on that? Thanks. Happy taxing. |
