Thanks. Actually, been going through the worst part of my life - with no exceptions.

Got "walking" papers with no warning. My life is my 2 kids, and she, knowing that, is trying to eliminate my contact with them.

Learning a lot about the law, and how impartial and fair (yeah, RIGHT!) it is.

I've been on the children's side of a situation like that, and I can say that it's a detrimental situation for all parties involved. Just keep your head on straight, and stick close to those who are offering you support.

The wife was always jealous of how happy my 6 year old was around me; the bond was with me. That's making it very difficult for my daughter; she keeps asking why I'm not at home, why she can't see me when she wants, why she has to wait so many days to see me.

Difficult times have a way of showing you your true friends.

+1.
Glad you checked in to say hello. Sorry to hear about this rough spot. A very similar thing happened to a workmate around 5 years ago. Broadsided him as well...wages garnished, the whole bit. Hang in there. In time you will work out an arrangement that is doable for all.
