Ok guys, that last thread got waaaaaay out of control. I am hoping this thread won't be hijacked and I will post all of the steps to my tattoo.

$850 The average cost of a top level tattoo person is $100 per hour. My cost was a flat fee, but will come out to average $75 per hour. He's not quite top level, but is a damn good artist.
