That statment was made for Texas Weather. We have been so dry and the looking at drought conditions. Then starting Friday night through this am we got enough rain to float the Ark. Tha average rain fall in March is about 3.5 inches. Over the weekend wegot anywhere from 6 to 12 inches depending what part of DFW you were in. We needed it but it would have been beter to get it in smaller doses.
