Angry Congrats Dallas Fans

AAAGGGHHH! Anyone see that exercise in frustration?
Just got back from the Canucks game against the Dallas Stars.
Canucks take a shothanded goal with a minute left in the second which gets me stoked for more in the third. But it was not to be.
Had my victory song all ready for you Dallas guys but now I gotta bite my lip.

Here's your chance...be gentle...

Come on Atlas, the Canucks have not played a 60 minute game this season.

I don't disagree at all.
Thought we might see at least a hint of a different game after the recent aquisition a few fresh faces. But as the Province headlined this morning...New guys but same old story...

We play Dallas again on Monday night...Don't know yet if I'm a glutton for punishment, but I'll be watching.

how about my lightning?! we outshoot the competition almost every game by like 10 or 15 shots.....but we lose 8-2 and 4-0. i believe in getting the puck in front of the goal and good thing happen, but shots from the blue line all day are not going to cut it. we need at least some kind of QUALITY shots too.

Exactly. Get in and take the shot. Get in their faces.
Dallas outshot us 2:1. At least they were taking the shots.
Vancouver just skated in circles..round and round trying to create the perfect play. It's not like we didn't have possession time. We had our share of puck time... opportunities were there...just shoot the darn thing.

Turco was good in goal, good at handling the puck on the hard shoot in.
But coaching staff prescout the teams, so what happen first period.

The Canucks need to make changes for next season. Starting with a coach who belives in a work ethic.

Being from Dallas all I can say is...

What the heck is Hockey doing in a state that can't even make ice naturally? (Amarillo doesn't count)
But then I'm an oddity Unless it's racing most sports don't interest me.

we are the second southernmost team in the NHL (Florida Panthers play in Miami) and we are the defending stanley cup champs...so climate doesnt matter

Depends which Senators team shows up.
Everytime I pick their players in the pool, they tank. I picked some this week.

So you may owe me.
